Returns, refunds & exchanges

Due to the products are used for private part and some belts are customized, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size.

However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us ASAP with 24 hours, and we'll arrange it out for you!

Cancellation

1. If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 6% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

2. If between 2 hour to 12 hours, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee and handling fee.

3. If after 12 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

4. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
